What we offer
Onsite work location
Located at 19295 25 Ave, Surrey, BC V3Z 3X1 this full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday with a flexible start time between 6:00AM-9:00AM. Following a 3-month probationary period, at management discretion, the candidate may be eligible to work hybrid with up to 2 days per week worked remotely from an approved home office environment.
Why this role matters
The Business Partner plays a critical role in enabling EB Horsman’s strategic direction by ensuring organizational plans and projects are clearly defined, aligned, and successfully executed. As a key member of the Projects & Planning team, this role supports strategic and business planning initiatives, project coordination, and organizational change by connecting leaders, teams, and priorities across the business.
This position matters because it translates strategy into actionable plans, strengthens cross-functional collaboration, and ensures projects and change initiatives are well supported, clearly communicated, and aligned with organizational objectives — helping EB Horsman operate more effectively, efficiently, and cohesively.
